Agreement

By using PreHammer (https://prehammer.com), the Chrome extension, or a paid subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PreHammer provides vehicle appraisal tools for UK motor trade buyers — retail comp estimates, DVLA/MOT checks, and AI-generated buying guidance. Output is informational only, not professional valuation, legal, or mechanical advice. You are responsible for your own buying decisions and due diligence on every vehicle.

No affiliation

PreHammer is not affiliated with or endorsed by BCA, Manheim, Copart, AutoTrader, eBay, or any auction house or marketplace. Third-party site structure may change and break features without notice.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe until cancelled.
• Manage or cancel at prehammer.com/billing with your checkout email.
• Monthly scan and comp allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
• Prices exclude VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

Do not share API keys, resell access, scrape our API, or use the service to violate third-party terms or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent plan restrictions.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Comp data, MOT records, and AI verdicts may be incomplete or inaccurate. We are not liable for losses arising from vehicle purchases, missed faults, or pricing errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms or product features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material subscription changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
