What we collect

• Account data: email address and subscription tier when you pay via Stripe; API key we generate for the extension.
• Listing data you submit: vehicle details extracted from pages you appraise (make, model, mileage, price, registration when provided) — sent to our servers for analysis.
• Usage counts: monthly appraisal and comp lookup totals to enforce plan limits.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

How we use data

To run appraisals (DVLA/MOT lookups, retail comp searches, AI analysis), deliver API keys by email, manage subscriptions, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We send data to service providers needed to operate the product, including Anthropic (AI analysis), Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), DVLA/DVSA (vehicle checks), and MarketCheck (UK retail comps). Each provider has its own privacy policy.

Retention

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and as required for billing and legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

The marketing site uses minimal session cookies if required by our host. The Chrome extension stores your API key locally in Chrome storage on your device — not in a third-party cookie.
