How do I install the extension?+
Install from the Chrome Web Store, pin PreHammer in your toolbar, enter your email for 5 free appraisals, then open any supported listing and click Appraise on the page.
Where is my subscription key?+
It is emailed after checkout from [email protected]. You can also sign in at /account with your checkout email or use Recover key if you have part of it.
Which sites are supported?+
BCA, Manheim, Copart, AutoTrader, eBay Motors, Gumtree, and Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings in the UK.
How do I cancel or change plan?+
Open Manage subscription at /billing with the email you used at checkout. Stripe Customer Portal handles upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation.
Something is not working on a listing+
Email us the listing URL, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible. Some pages change layout — we fix extractors when sites update.
